A: If you'd like to pass along a message to any of the models feel free to send an email with your comments to webmistress@buymysocks.com and your words will sure to be forwarded. Only the sweetest, sincerest, and luckiest may get a personal response. :-)

Members Questions:
Q: I'm interested in joining, what do I get?
A: What don't you get is more like it. You get access to a TON of accumulated content PLUS weekly updates. 2-3 new models added EVERY month. Videos and photos galore - each and every 100% BMS created! Click here for more info.
   
Q: I'm a member and wish to cancel, how do I do that?
A: Active members can manage their account by clicking here.
   
Q: When are updates posted?
A: 1 new photo set and 1 new clip every 7-10 days. 2-3 new models each month. Guaranteed.
   
Q: How many models are in the members area?
A: Approximately 75
   
 

Sock Order Questions:
Q: What is the ordering policy?
A: All orders are subject to the following terms and warranties:
1) All sock & nylon orders will be worn by the selected BMS model for the days purchased {1-7 days)
2) All models are instructed, acknowledge, and agree not to taint the scent in any way by adding, altering, or modifying the scent using chemicals, food or the like.
3) All domestic orders will be shipped Priority Mail. All international orders will be shipped first class.
4) Depending on the length of your order and the model you are requesting, please allow up to 3 months to receive your order (however most orders are shipped out within a week of the purchase date).
5) All sales are final.
   
Q: Do models provide photos with the sock order?
A: Custom photo sets may be purchased separately and would consist of 40-50 quality images of the model in the socks. However, requests for photos to be included with an order are forwarded to the model and at her discretion and is not a basic service offered.
   
Q: How do I know that the models are really wearing the socks or nylons?
A: Well, aside from being able to monitor the model 24/7 for 1-7 days and physically peel off her socks - there is no way to provide you 100% evidentiary proof that the model purchased has worn the socks/nylons. With that being said, the models seriously and legitimately wear the purchased footwear for the requested days, and many of the models take extra steps to ensure customer satisfaction. It would ruin the surprise to divulge everything here, but many models enjoy writing notes recounting their daily activities conducted in the socks or nylons included in the envelope. If you give it a shot I think you'd be very pleasantly surprised.
   
Q: What's the difference between 1 day, 3 day, 5 day, 7 day?
A: Hmmm.. I think you can figure that one out yourself.
   
Q: Can I order something for more than 7 days?
A: Sure, send your request to webmistress@buymysocks.com for a custom quote.
   
Q: Do the models sell shoes also?
A: Yes, several models do offer shoes for sale. Until that section of the website is complete, if you have any shoe requests, send an email to webmaster@buymysocks.com.
